The URC2025 will revolve around four thematic dimensions: the Business Dimension, the Human Dimension, the Local and Regional Dimension and the EU Dimension. These same Dimensions shaped the works of the URC2024. They are still the most relevant to the resilience and reconstruction of Ukraine, and maintaining them will give continuity to the work done, and the discussions held in Berlin in June 2024.
