Our Board includes two expert seats, held by representatives of the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK) and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland.

STRATEGIC COOPERATION

Östkontoret is a Swedish organisation representing and supporting 20 Large Swedish companies. Östkontoret and East Office signed a strategic cooperation agreement in March 2021, with which we aim to increase our effectiveness and create added value for our companies. The agreement strengthens ties between the largest Finnish and Swedish companies operating in Eastern markets and creates a unique platform in which to share experiences and find potential new business partners

The Confederation of Builders of Ukraine is the country’s leading construction industry association, representing top Ukrainian developers, contractors, and stakeholders. In May 2024, East Office became CBU’s first official strategic business partner, following the approval of CBU’s new regulations on strategic partnerships. Our cooperation supports the reconstruction and modernization of Ukraine while opening doors for Finnish companies in the Ukrainian construction market. Through this partnership, we work closely with CBU to exchange information, build business connections, and strengthen ties between Finnish and Ukrainian industries during a critical time for Ukraine’s recovery.
